ride leaders, support staff, picnic food and supplies for everyone who attends.
With that in mind, please review our cancellation and refund policy below:
- Any cancellation received more than 6 days before
the event will be refunded. Please notify us by email at: information@theofficeoutdoors.com.
- You will receive written confirmation of your event registration.
- There is no refund for canceling
less than 5 days prior to the event.
- Our event schedule includes a rain date
contingency. Payments will transfer to the rescheduled event.
