Facilitation Skills Training: From Good to Great*

A skilled facilitator can transform project meetings into productive working sessions where valuable information is shared, issues are resolved, and critical decisions are made. When teams are geographically dispersed, effective facilitation can make all the difference in fostering collaboration and keeping teams and projects on track.

Participants in this two-day training workshop learn what it takes to plan and run exceptional facilitated face-to-face and remote meetings. Topics include
